"We loved the Condado Plaza and San Juan! We plan to visit, again. Clean, large room with ocean view. (Room 522). The pools were huge, clean, and had a pool bar at the larger one. The lagoon beach is accessible through a gate from the pool area. Snorkeling and kayaking available. Visit Hector at the lobby Moon Bar! Short walk to several great restaurants such as Havana and Waikiki. Short taxi drive to Old San Juan and to the airport. Only complaint was that there was often just one elevator working. "

"We enjoyed our family vacation to this property. There was a lot to do with the beach, 3 different pools and multiple restaurants. The food was good and service was very friendly. Only issue was getting our rooms cleaned when we were out of our room each day. "
