We book this hotel with the thought that there were balconies in the room. (noted picture and verbiage on web site) Don't be fooled as there are not balconies. We were looking through dirty glass at the ocean. It felt like we were in a fish bowl. The windows were screwed down so you could not even open it up for fresh air. Very disappointed. I had to constantly tell the workers I am not interested upgrading to VIP; even though I said no over and over they pressure me and that is frustrating. "
