"Check-in was friendly, quick and easy. Room was freezing when we arrived-(16 degrees) and because it was so cold outside it took over an hour to warm up. Your mayor had declared a “ state of emergency “ in the afternoon because of the storm so it would have been better if our room had been warm. There were only two towels provided and coffee supplies for two as well even though we were a party of four in our booking. Room was lovely, very large and beds were comfy."

"This property was fantastically convenient with a family member in extended stay at Buffalo General Hospital during a major snowstorm. We were able to walk right across the street (including my disabled mother ) without any issues. The affordable room was clean, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. "Great location, great staff, breakfast decent. Our only issue was someone in the hallway near our room was smoking. You could smell it clearly as you were near the room. "

"This hotel was on sale and so we could afford it. In this case, you get what you paid for. The room was modern, bright, unusually spacious and conveniently organised appointed. Kitchen was great. Parking was plentiful and free. Location was in downtown and felt safe. There are decent places to eat nearby and the location is convenent if you like to visit galleries and museums (as we did)."
