"Cleaning service of rooms could have been better. Was first given a room that had not been made up yet, although the people cleaning the rooms told the front desk had said it had. In the new room beds were made haphazardly and it was noticable that the room had been remade rather quickly."

"Everything was great and clean. Free breakfast was delicious. The only thing we didn’t like was that there was no creamer available at the free coffee bar except for sweetened coffee mate.2 of their employees Hannibal and Judy went out of their way to find us some. Every employee we spoke to said it was a major complaint from guests. Hoping this gets rectified before our next stay. "
