The staff were amazing, friendly and new the rules around my assistance dog (which makes a change as a lot of the hotels I stay in think of her as a pet and either try to restrict my access to certain areas or try to charge for her). "From check in to check out it was everything you'd expect and more, room, bed facilities excellent, breakfast everything and more you could want. The room cleanliness was excellent."

"It's what you'd expect from a Hilton - a very pleasant, clean, comfortable, spacious room with a huge bed in a nice hotel. We enjoyed using the pool and spa and the buffet breakfast was the perfect start to a busy day. Blackout blinds and good sound proofing meant that we slept well. The area's quiet and nothing to get excited about, but super convenient for the NEC, which is why we stayed there. We really appreciated the view of the lake. Extras like parking and drinks in the bar are expensive, though."

"The hotel is strategically located and just a walking distance to the city centre, canal and museums. Staffs are friendly and accommodating and we’ve git a spacious room for ourselves too! Breakfast experience was an absolute delight! "
