The staff were amazing, friendly and new the rules around my assistance dog (which makes a change as a lot of the hotels I stay in think of her as a pet and either try to restrict my access to certain areas or try to charge for her). I will definitely stay again "

"Did not sleep for 2 nights the 1st the ceiling came down the floor above fire alarms w.2en1t off at 12.30PM a lot of noise and commotion I had to ask what was happening 2nd night 1.10 3 people where in/out making a lot of noise I had to get up and remind them I was trying to sleep. Very dissapointed with stay set against the cost for 2 nights."

"Great location / area, no issues walking back at night / early morning Room had everything could need & suited me perfectly. Only minor thing I would say the soundproofing of the rooms could be a bit better but didn’t impact my stay / sleep and I would certainly look at going back to that hotel again."

"Lovely two bedroomed apartment. Fully equipped kitchen (no oven), but there is a microwave, toaster, hob, fridge etc Only downside no TV in the main bedroom - just in the living room/kitchen. It was clean and very spacious. Only £7 in an Uber to get to New Street Station. There is a Tesco Express/Co-Op just round the corner. I would definitely return. "
