Very accessible to public transportation to explore the city, while providing a comfortable, quiet area of rest with many dining options and mini marts within walking distance. Staff was also very helpful with questions about public transportation. I am especially grateful for how accommodating and kind they were when Heathrow had the unexpected shutdown and I had to extend my stay."

"Service: I cannot fault the service. All employees were extremely respectful, polite and happy to help. Front of house when checking in were extremely lovely to deal with. They upgraded our rooms and provided adjoining rooms. Rooms: rooms were modern, clean and had the essentials for a trip to London.
