"Ruhig gelegenes Hotel mit guter Anbindung zur Frankentherme. Abendbuffet recht gut. Leider war am letzten Tag eine sehr grosse (50 bis 100 Personen) zählende Kneipensportmanschaft (Dart) angereist die entsprechend weitgehend ungestört bis mindestens 1 Uhr nachts direkt am Hotel laut Krach gemacht haben. Die Polizei hat die laute Musik auf dem Nachbarparkplatz zwar ab 22:30 unterbunden dafür wurde dann aber am Hoteleingang laut geredet und gelacht, und der massive Zigarettenqualm kam im Zimmer 2....

"The stay was comfortable and quiet. I did not use the spa, as I arrived pretty late for my one night stay, but the facility looked very inviting. My only less than stellar note to this property is the lack of an air conditioning system. It was a stuffy summer night and so I needed to have the window open. One or several of my neighbors had a smoking habit which seemed to keep them smoking outside their room all night and into the morning and that smoke consistently entered my room."

"So disappointed experience. The heater in the room not work. We were sleep under a small blanket with the cold temperature -1 degree celsius. From the website they show a beautiful breakfast buffet. "Lovely stay in apartment room. Picked up room key from pub down the road after parking up at the apartment. Easy enough to locate. They left me free beer!! Opposite lovely little cafe which I went to for breakfast. Couple of dining options in the village. Very beautiful place. Even left a kettle and a mug although I didn’t need to use it. TV worked well. Bed was very comfortable. Felt very safe here. "

"The Rangof is actually in the village of Elpersdorf about 5 minutes drive from Ansbach proper. It is so nice and peaceful, very relaxing. It was quite warm while we were there and there is no air condition. No ice machine. No elevator/lift if you have limited mobility. Aside from that, the restaurant serves up some tasty traditional German food and beer. Outdoor cafe style dining was also a plus with the exceptional weather. Lack of amenities aside it is a wonderful place to stay and de-stress"

"This hotel made our time in Germany absolutely amazing. The staff was just so stellar from day 1 to the day 6. We loved the personal touches from everyone. Breakfast every morning was just so nicely done and the atmosphere with the large windows really made getting the day started such a pleasure.
