The rooms are very quaint and clean. Just the basics but that's fine because you shouldn't be spending time in your room on your vacation. Highly recommended and trying to plan our next trip this year . Clara and Orlando are the best on the property and will take care of all your needs. distance."

"Amazing experience and service was outstanding!! Our flight was delayed and got us in a day later! The front desk staff was so amazingly accommodating and pushed back our reservation a day with no extra charge. We changed our arrival pickup from the airport to the water taxi and the driver met us-was there waiting for us as we got off the water taxi. We hadn't eaten all day and he graciously dropped us to pick up food before heading to the hotel-and gave us advice of which restaurants were good...

"Convenient location; helpful staff, clean property. Rooms need updating (a full length mirror & dishwasher would be nice). Tile surrounding pool is very slippery—not a good choice. Overall, very nice though."

"The casino next door had the bass blaring until 1am. The the patrons gather in the courtyard after closing for the next hour. When the casino was closed ,the staff of the hotel partied until done. I was originally assigned a dorm room but because the wifi wasn't working. And the pool was not functioning as well. Not a good experience for my first visit. Don't send anyone else there. Pleasr "

"Overall nice property with actual beach access. Rooms and outdoor furnishings could use a refresh; one dining chair had ripped rattan backing and outdoor furniture was plastic and uncomfortable . Pools were nice and never too crowded. View of the water from room was beautiful. I probably would stay here again, it was a great value for a beachfront resort."
