"The location is great - right near the caribbean sprinter ferry - this is convenient if you are going to other islands. The staff was amazing. Friendly and attentive. The other hotel guests were not the best - rude, clipping their toe nails on the common area furniture, hanging their underwear on the patio furniture like a clothes line. There is a dog that barks consistently. It’s very very noisy. "

"The hotel itself is down a dirt road and off the main road so if it rains and you want to walk to the road it’ll be muddy and full of puddles, just a heads up but the property itself is clean and well maintained. The rooms are all unique and loved the space with the little kitchen and separate living area. The beds were not the most comfortable and only have one pillow on each bed- had to ask for another pillow. AC worked well and the unit was clean. José was super attentive and kind to us...

"This is a downtown hotel, but only 2 blocks from the ocean and 1 block from the main street of San Pedro. We were the first guests to stay in very nicely renovated 4th floor suite. Super clean, great AC and new fridge. Front desk does not match quality of rooms. Wonderful--that helped with low price. Would gladly stay again."

"The property is pretty solid except for one critical issue. They purposely shut the water off at night. They(staff) intentionally said that the water went bad, but I learned from a staff member after complaining about not being able to flush the toilet 🚽 or take a shower 🚿 that they purposely turn the water off every night. I found this to be very frustrating considering I am used to coming to my room and washing the great outdoors off of me. I never did get an explanation as to why they shut...

"Loved the design of the units, the location and the service. It is a new property, a bit isolated, which we liked, and right on the beach. All units, 6 in total, face the sea... You're awaken by the sunshine and go to bed watching the moon through a large window. Will definitely go back. It's worth the hike from San Pedro! "

"Paid over $600 US for three people, decided to leave San Pedro earlier than planned due to harassment by hawkers, emailed Amelias explaining would not be checking in, told no problem, go to hotel in person before arrival date for full refund. Went two days before, was told by owners wife there was no record of my booking, no record of my payment or my name, the rooms were already re-rented, and to discuss it with her husband, who was out of country and unavailable."
