"This hotel ticks so many boxes for location, price, facilities etc but the staff are incredible. Every person we had dealings with from checking in at 3am to checking out on new years eve could not have been more friendly and going out their way to try help us, especially with finding solutions for return airport transport on new years eve when so many roads are closed and Dubai as a whole is very busy."

"We received the wrong room upon checkin. The bathrooms were rather small compared to all other hotels we stayed during our time in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. We enjoyed having a balcony as our view was to the marina. It's worth spending a little more money to reserve rooms facing the marina. Roof top pool is worth visiting. "

"Great stay, some of the bathrooms in the suite had issues, like one of the tubs was cracked,it should have been replaced. Not all bathrooms had hand towels, the pool tiles in areas were cracking etc. but overall the property is great and would stay again."
