"The property is clean, tidy and comfortable. The little communal kitchen area is a very good idea for making food or sitting in while eating a takeaway. "Our room was beautiful. It had a king size bed and the en-suite bathroom was a good size. The only downside was that the toilet flush handle was broken but still worked. It could have done with better lighting in the bathroom as you couldn’t see in the mirror very well. The room was immaculately clean and had a sofa and tv with easy to connect to WiFi. Personally I struggled with comfort of the bed as I found it too soft but it was dressed with clean sheets and had extra pillows in the wardrobe....

"Es war einfach wunderbar. Sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, grosses und gepflegtes Zimmer und Bad mit grosser Dusche. Sehr viel Ablagefläche im Bad und wohlriechende Pflegeprodukte. Das Doppelbett war sehr, sehr bequem und das Hotel sehr ruhig, so dass ich wunderbar schlief. Das Frühstück konnte am Vortag ausgewählt werden. "We had a spa day which was fabulous and then stayed over. We chose to eat in Charcoa restaurant on the evening. I ordered mince and dumplings and my friend Salmon. The food had obviously been there for sometime. Both meals were cold as were the vegetables. We sent them back and ordered a pizza which was cooked fresh. Everything else about the stay including breakfast was very good."

"The outside of this hotel is deceptive. Inside it is spacious, well decorated and our room was large and excellent, very well equipped,although my partner did not appreciate the wet room! I showered and afterwards he walked in with his socks on! It was a bathroom set up for anyone with a disability. We had a small evening meal, having been out for Sunday lunch and then to a party, but it was very tasty. Breakfast was outstanding, with lots of choice. I can't fault the service.
