"The best things about this resort is the staff. There is very limited dining. We were told to walk to the 711, but the neighborhood was so sketchy that we came back to take a taxi. The staff were nice and called the taxi. The taxi driver was hostile when we wanted to pay with a credit card. We were exhausted and not yet picked up any Taiwanese money. He refused to take us to an atm. He got out of the car and yelled at us so much that the lady from the front desk heard him and she graciously paid...
