"Hotel very well kept, breakfast is free and so good with different dishes served every day. Front lobby area has various free little snacks to nibble on. Area is in residential area so not too convenient to public transportation but we used taxi every day and front desk is very nice to call for taxi for us every day. My parents and I thoroughly enjoyed our 4 nights stay here end of October. This is the 2nd time I stayed at this location and I will continue to stay here when I visit Taipei. "

"We had a very pleasant stay. The kitchen staff worked hard and was very friendly. However, it would be nicer if they could keep the hot breakfast items hot or warm, since they had the facilities available. Also the carpet in the hallway was a bit old. Overall it is a good place to stay for its price. "

"The private onsen on the balcony that can open as open air balcony or close to be part of bedroom is very enjoyable. They only provide 2 towels per room but would be more convenient if they provided more as you need towels for onsen & more for shower. "

"This is a lovely hotel right on the hot springs creek in Beitou. The bed is comfortable, room is slightly small but great for a solo traveler. Has a huge wonderful bathing room. Staff was kind and breakfast was good. Not a buffet but good choice of Asia or western plate. It also has a very nice lounging area. The toilet room has clear glass walls so be aware of that. It’s in a quiet area just steps from the Beitou Park. "

"The in room onsen was glorious after a long flight. It was easy to get picked up from station in the free shuttle (using MRT payphone for free - ask in the ticket booth) Very pretty room & lovely surrounding countryside. "

"Pros: We have been here many years ago, and it’s still a great place for public outdoor hot springs for mixed gender. We went at night and there was nobody so we had the pools to ourselves! Private hot spring in the room is excellent with traditional stone construction. Excellent hot spring water temperature and soak.
