"Nicole was an all star host, in a wonderland getaway property. If you enjoy nature, this is perfect. We got in later than expected, but Nicole was welcoming and accommodating. There conveniently was beer and wine for sale. Pools were well kept and clean. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. I can’t rave enough about this hidden gem. I hope to return. Thank you Nicole for the great stay! "

"Cuisine needs improvement, daily room cleaning is erratic, in our 14 days of stay 4 roaches appeared inspite of not bringing in food/ snacks in the room. Having difficulty in exchanging currencies. Emergency kits like bandages & antibiotics were so expensive. Staff were service oriented & friendly. Enjoyed the daily events & activities. "

"I stay with my son on 2/21/25, the lady at the front desk was very professional (couldn’t get her name unfortunately) she explain everything on the contract, she even came to show me the room, and told me what is around the area. "Viva Palace is beside Viva Beach hotel so that you can walk the charming treed walkway between the two properties. Both sites have nightly entertainment - singers, dancing and theatre from 8 to midnight with s disco after hours. International clientele and lots of young families. All sorts of shaded and sunny beach sites. Finally beach is located in a calm bay so lots of ppl in the water all day long. "

"Great place to Spend a few nights and explore Dominicus and nearby Bayahibe towns. Close to plenty of dining and shopping options and short 10 min walk to the beautiful beach! "Positive: I stayed at the hotel for four days. Check-in took a while, but it was within the time limit. We had a beautiful room, a bit small, but in an excellent location. "Beautiful apartment within walking distance of the public beach and many fabulous restaurants right on the water. Perfect place to watch the sunset over the marina.
