"The front desk agent Leidy was an absolute joy! She was pleasant intuitive and caring. What lovely hospitality! She gave great recommendations for my one night stay. "Overall the experience was great, however the food was poor. The meat at the steak house was pure fat and barely contain any meat. Some of the food in the buffet was bland and stale. I would suggest adding Dominican food into the menu. In regard to events it was fun, though I wish they played more Latin music, such as salsa, bachata, and merengue. I’ve notice that the crowd responded better with this type of music. Overall the staff was friendly and the property was clean. "
