"Lady at front desk didn’t tell us there were two spots to unload our car so we hauled two carts jam packed to the opposite end of the hotel up and down ramps with stuff falling off. She also didn’t tell us it was the far elevator so we initially went up the first elevator. Asked about kid activities and she said nothing but according to the list she gave us, we should have received something… Could use some me updates. Wallpaper peeling in areas of the hotel. "The floors were not clean at all our in our room so our feet got absolutely filthy. The elevator is in need of repairs badly but they have orders the parts I was told. It kept randomly stopping on floors. You can't beat the price though here. It just needs some love. "

"The outside was a bit on the older side and only one elevator worked. They also were digging up with machinery to the left of the hotel which was a little loud during the day. "This is the second year in a row that we (a family of 6) stayed at this hotel. The staff here are always so nice and welcoming.
