"The room was great and modern. But the building on the outside not so much. Also the neighbour didn’t feel save for a solo traveler. But kind staff and big clean room. Would recommend for couples and families. "

"l'hôtel est bien situé !! Le lieu et le cadre est très agréable. j'avais réservé une chambre avec lit double, à mon arrivé j'ai bien eu un lit double mais ils étaient joints, j'ai donc fais une réclamation à l'hôte d'accueil en précisant ma réservation. Elle à tout de suite pris ma demande en compte et changer de chambre avec lits doubles séparés. vraiment super !!! "

"J’ai assisté à une formation dans cet hôtel et donc séjour très agréable pour cela. Pour une autre raison, je serai venue avec un véhicule pour plus de mobilité bien que le RER soit à proximité. Le personnel (en week-end) était très professionnel et accueillant."

"I am over 40 and I was thrilled that the staff were young ppl. They tend to get involved in their jobs and chat to guests. I enjoyed the diversity especially coming from Trinidad and Tobago where diversity hits you in your face. Cynthia is 10/10/10 hosting breakfast. "Had a wonderful stay! Room was comfortable, location was excellent, staff was helpful and friendly! While the rooms are smaller than what we are used to in North America, it was perfect for my mom and I during our time in Paris. I would highly reccomend, and would stay here again. "

"We stayed here one night. I'm very picky about cleanliness and our room was very clean- sheets were fresh, no water spots on the dresser, tables or bathroom. No mystery stains on the carpet or chairs. The room was quiet at night and the breakfast was good. We were hoping to add another night, but the front desk told us they were full."

"I paid extra taxes and fees with Expedia when made reservation online. When I checked out I was asked for more taxes and fees which came to 79 Eros I paid it. I should have questioned that. Then the next morning the Concierge asked for more ‘City Fees and taxes of another 29 Euros. No time to argue car waiting for me to go to airport. I refused to pay it and left. Check those fees I think I was charged 2x for the same thing. "

"Superb staff. Easy walk to most attractions in central Paris. Easy train ride everywhere else. We are easily bothered by noise. But on a Saturday night with a boisterous crowd at outdoor seating across the street - no problem!"
