"想像以上に素晴らしいホテルでした！ チェックイン時から、レセプションで日本語対応できるマネージャーさんが担当してくださって、滞在中の手続きや荷物の発送など大変親切に対応いただきました。またコンシェルジュの方々もとても丁寧に対応してくださって、安心して3泊過ごせました。 もともと朝食なしのプランで予約していましたが、1日だけ朝食もいただきました。とっても種類も多く美味しくて素敵な朝食ビュッフェでした。 ホテルの立地もとってもゆったりとした街の中にあり、静かで過ごしやすい雰囲気でした。エトワール凱旋門はもちろん、コンコルド広場やオペラガルニエまでも30分程度のいいお散歩という感じで歩いて行けるのもよかったです。 お部屋もとっても素敵で、日本のホテルの様な清潔さがありました。ハウスクリーニングも丁寧でリネンの交換も毎日していただきました。 お部屋にドライヤーがついていなかったので、そこだけ注意が必要です。(私はドライヤーをもともと持参していたので困りませんでした。) ホテル全体のホスピタリティに大変満足しました！次回もぜひ宿泊ささていただきたいです！"

"We’ve been travelling through London and Paris for two weeks and this was my favourite hotel of all. We booked an Eiffel Tower view and were on the 6th floor. Despite thinking we would just get a glimpse of the top, we got a stunning view, which was even more beautiful at night when it was all lit up. The room was really spacious, with a kitchenette and desk area. There is a laundry (pay per use) at the hotel as well which was great. Shower was great. Walkable to lots of major sight-seeing...

"Can not say enough great things about this hotel. After arriving in Paris as a solo female traveller, my first hotel was very unsafe and extremely dirty. I then booked CitizenM and headed there. The staff was super helpful and kind, my room was adorable and very clean. The hotel is only a few minute walk away from the Metro and RER, and felt very safe walking in that area alone at night. "This is a very nice Disney hotel, I’ve used it before a long time ago but returned with two small children. Room was a really good size, cape cod restaurant was great for breakfast and dinner, food is excellent! Plenty of options for adults and small children. Staff are really friendly as we’ve found with all Disney properties. Location is perfect, short walk to the parks and the setting is really nice. There’s a nice little activity room for children.
