"Fantastic stay overall! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the Tower of London, London Bridge, and so much more. The only downside was temporarily losing hot water. While I understand it was out of their control, I expected a more responsive approach or at least some form of compensation. Even getting housekeeping that day was more of a hassle than it should’ve been. That said, the experience was still great and I’d absolutely consider staying again."

"The location of this property was absolutely excellent. It is right at the south end of the tower bridge. It is about a seven minute walk from Borough Market, which is an interesting market and has tons of food options. It is close to a couple of small grocery stores to be able to get water and other essentials. I stayed in a junior room, and it was very spacious, especially for London. It was very very quiet. The staff were helpful. The only minor inconvenience was that the sink in the bathroom...

"I booked a 1 night stay for my wife and daughter and they have not stopped raving about what a fabulous hotel The Shard is. Staff absolutely lovely and the room and the views are apparently stunning. They were made to feel so welcome at Check in. They were really excited about the stay and expected the hotel to be great, but so far it has exceeded their expectations !!"

"The hotel is located o the second floor over a pub in the centre of the banking district. It’s a beautiful old building and the rooms have a a lot of original features. The hotel was very comfortable and surprisingly quiet for the centre of London. The staff are very helpful and we were lucky that our room was ready early. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. there was a fridge in the room with some complimentary soft drinks and fresh milk. Those was also an espresso maker....
