"It is a very beautiful property; very quiet with a private beach and spacious rooms. we went on the mangrove tour which was very enjoyable. all the food we tried was absolutely delicious. we also played tennis on the well kept court although it was a bit too humid for us to play. "

"Das Hotel ist absoluter Luxus. Sei es der Empfang mit Tee & Keks und einer kurzen Nackenmassage mit anschließender Führung durch das Hotel. Hat ich so selbst in Luxushotels eher selten. Die Anlage ist ein Traum. Frühstück super, für Abends können wir das Buffet empfehlen, ist von der Preisleistung angemessener als The Terasse. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich, auch für Urlaub mit Baby nur zu empfehlen! Wir waren komplett begeistert und haben leider die Hotels in falscher Reihenfolge...

"The location is beautiful and understandable that it is in an ancient rainforest, however it doesn’t excuse the mould in some of the rooms or the hair that was clogging the sinks and showers. On arrival we decided to have lunch as they prepped our room, we found flies in our salads, not one but three. We had a 1.5 year old with us, so you can only imagine our shock when the room smelt of damp. They finally agreed to changing our room to only find more damp growing even on the pictures displayed...
