"Staff are all truly amazing. The welcome we received is unprecedented in any other hotel. Every person who works in that hotel is incredibly nice. Food is great. Lovely breakfast buffet and excellent Italian restaurant for the evening. The only problem we faced was with the beach. Too much jellyfish so not possible to swim. Also, the beach water is not the cleanest or clearest. Pool is great. "

"Very close to airport.( walkable). Our transport was delayed ) depavali weekend and we did not realise at the time how close the hotel was to the airport. Only issue or criticism was the tiles around the pool area. They were very slippery when they you were in bare feet or wearing thongs. Apart from that our stay was first class. "

"The host Irene was amazing . She made my kids felt welcomed , even gave them Christmas gifts. We loved the tranquility and the nature like feeling around the resort. If thereā€™s some improvement needed it will be the breakfast spread , it wasnā€™t the best and fresh options given . Also at night it was hard to sleep as the walls around was thin so we could hear noises as we slept . "

We loved all the food at Rimba and the Pegaga vegan cafe on site. The Amaala spa was great - had multiple massages. The Amaala Signature 90 mins treatment was great.
