"I’ve stayed here previously for concerts and I’m always happy! Clean room comfy bed, and very nice staff. The day I had my flight I needed a taxi and as it was past midnight no one would accept me, but the lovely staff made sure I would get there on time! Thank you for your efforts."

"Very run down rooms, that are not very clean. We did kill the cockroach room mate, so that made things a little better. But my biggest complaint was the absence of a trained hotel staff to check in our freind who arrived after ten pm. The older security guard did his best, but had no access to the computer system, did not understand that one could pre pay with a online booking service, and with our limited Thai he ran out of patience. "The landlady, Kim was very nice and accommodating. She helped me with the directions around the area. It was hard to find her at first. They do not have a reception area, but the people in the condo helped me contact her. I would advice you buy a sim at the airport if you don't have a thai number and you contact her (number indicated in her post) prior to going to the condo. "Very affordable accommodation near DMK airport, with spacious rooms and friendly staff. They offer comprehensive hotel amenities even as upscale hotels are cutting back offerings. For breakfast, there’s a variety of pastries and snacks by a friendly auntie, the items are modest but tasty. For this price range, this hotel really punches above their weight."
