"Very run down rooms, that are not very clean. We did kill the cockroach room mate, so that made things a little better. But my biggest complaint was the absence of a trained hotel staff to check in our freind who arrived after ten pm. The older security guard did his best, but had no access to the computer system, did not understand that one could pre pay with a online booking service, and with our limited Thai he ran out of patience. "We were caught by surprise in which we had to extra 800 Baht for 4 nights just because the 3rd bed doesn't come with pillow and blanket. Should have been informed at the very beginning. Not worth it in the end."

They do not have a reception area, but the people in the condo helped me contact her. I would advice you buy a sim at the airport if you don't have a thai number and you contact her (number indicated in her post) prior to going to the condo. Nice and clean hotel, suitable for families.

"Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is a little bit old and far from the city but very clean. Suitable for families with younger children. Hotel has a functional gym and restaurant. Washing machine available for a fee of 30baht, dryer 10 baht per cycle. You may need multiple cycles for your cloths to dry. We booked two 2-bedroom apartments and the hotel staff were flexible with placing the rooms close enough to each other. The rooms we stayed in had no cooktops but we had microwave ovens. Walking distance from a big 7Eleven and another store. We had a generally pleasant experience."
