"I was very disappointed in the property when we arrived. I feel like at one point I’m sure the property and our room did look like the pictures, but upon arrival our room was rough and run down. Our room was dirty, dingy, and run down. The mosquitos were terrible as well and made the room uninhabitable. There were more in our room than outside. We ended our stay at Alan Bidadari and checked out sooner than we planned to. "

"Jeg har aldrig i mit liv oplevet sådan et klamt hotel før. Det ser slet ikke ud som det gør på billederne, det er helt slidt, gammelt og beskidt. Man kan se der er sparet på en masse. "Great location and awesome service from our butler Imade, Surya, Yuni and Thomas (driver). Pristine rooms and tasty daily breakfast. "Beautiful place. My wife and I love this place, it’s so close to all the shops and bar & restaurants so you can just walk there. It’s so peaceful, quiet and relaxing. Staff is really nice and friendly. Air-conditioning in every room, even in the bathroom and breakfast menu has some good options, catering to vegetarians aswell. Highly recommend, I would stay at this place again when I go back to Bali. Suksma."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Litera. It was so relaxing, and the team who work there were like family. We we were so well taken care of. We loved the individual villa rooms. The pool was so nice. We loved it so much we are going to try and replicate the poolside gazebo in our own home to always remember our stay and try and bring some of the peace home with us. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to escape from the world for a while"
