"Hotel Classic by Venue is a good choice if you are OK with a small room. The rooms are clean, and the staff is, without exception, friendly and willing to give advice on good places to eat and do other things in the area. The water pressure in our room was good. "The hotel room was clean and house keeping is very prompt. The make up service was fast and bed chamber man was paying attention to details. Good job by the bed chamber man on level 3 for dates 10-13 March 2015. We were happy coming back to a clean room after tiring days out in the city. However this hotel is overall not too suitable for younger children due to "loud & noisy activities" in the neighbouring rooms. "

"We loved our stay, not only is the decor great, its amenities are awesome including the rooftop pool. Its right next to MRT station so its easy to get around and see the sights using the metro.The staff were absolutely wonderful and so helpfull. "During my stay at the hotel for two nights, I found the overall experience to be rather unremarkable when it comes to hospitality. I was not impressed. I didn't feel that they went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. The amenities on lounge access offered were poor and not worth to consider. It was a functional and adequate accommodation, but I left without any lasting impression or desire to return in the future."

"Stayed for one night. Arrive late at night. Parking is pretty far, full of mud due to rain and poorly lit. Room was average. When I arrived, the lift was under maintenence. Could be used to go up but need to use the stairs to go down. Definitely could be improved. "
