"The room was very clean and well kept. The problem was the heater in the room was very loud and there was hardly any heat coming out of it. I was going to ask for another room but my plane landed after midnight and I was exhausted. I just shut the heater off and add another blanket onto the other Queen bed. The next morning, the room was 58 degrees. "

"The property was not too far from the airport, the breakfast was great. The check in was veey chaotic and took forever, the restaurant was closed when I arrived and the menu was much more limited than the advertising. The bed was comfy and clean. "

"It seems that the elevators have issues often, as I've been there a few times when only one or two of the three elevators were working, this time only one was working. It was a busy weekend with one working elevator. The sofa sleeper in the living area had a note under the cushion saying not to open because it was broken. But as usual, the staff was very friendly and helpful, special shout-out to the morning Starbucks barista for being the friendliest face to start the day."

"All staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. One thing that could be improved upon are the windows. This hotel is on a very busy road, and very noisy most of the night. It almost soundee like the window was open. I checked, twice. Closed as much as possible. Thankfully I travel with earplugs. Otherwise convenient choice for a quick one night stay close to airport. Thank you for providing 2 airport shuttles each hour."

"We had a great stay and would probably stay again. Check in took a while which was understandable on a weekend evening. The person at the front counter was very sweet and made jokes but actually gave little information before disappearing. We were not given directions on where to park nor were we told which floor our room was - we had to ask another guest!
