"We picked this hotel coming across from the States. My wife and I stayed at a Hyatt in Montreal and were very impressed. So we made our decision to book a room from that experience and we weren’t disappointed. New facility and clean, friendly helpful staff and the accessibility room was like a suite. Very impressive. "We stayed because we attended the Josh Ross concert on site. The line to check in was very long but they had every window open and the line moved quick. The staff were all very friendly.
