"I chose this to have the all inclusive fun and be able to go to the parks. The resort had so many lagoons and rivers to swim in that we never made it to the parks. The parks are fun. We've been to them. We did have an a/c issue that they worked on and they accommodated is and is because of it."

"The hotel and the rooms have been renovated. The beach is nice and no issues with availability for chairs. The food is very average, even in the à la carte restaurants. The buffet is very mediocre and to be avoided. I don’t think that the supplement for All Inclusive is worth it. There are many good and inexpensive restaurants within walking distance. "

"I've never been to a resort that is that clean! WOW! It was sparkling for our entire stay. Really unbelievable!! The food at the buffet was AMAZING. I never thought I'd say that either. "Always a fun time. Pool party by day. dance party at night. We’ve found we get the best deal through Hotel.com (Expedia). They have a special front desk for Expedia customers that makes check in easy. Kaory and Andre were helpful with our stay. We got upgraded on our stay with access to the rooftop bar. "
