"This hotel is located very close to the downtown and 5-10 min walk to the beach. I liked the swimming pool area, with wonderful green vegetation all around the place. The service provided was great too."

"What's not to like? Paulo and Julio at the La Isla bar were fantastic and fun! Our room steward was like a NINJA--in and out so quickly, but the room was always clean and ready for whichever time of day we were there. Lu the hostess at the breakfast buffet and the cabana pool restaurant was service with a smile! "We booked this hotel based on the amenities it listed. We have a lot of teens and wanted a hotel with lots of activities. After staying there, here is my take on the resort. Good & Bad.1.Food was really good. Try the Estilo Baja fish tacos. 2.There were parts under construction, but did not affect us. 3.There was no acutal sports bar/pool tables as advertised. "This hotel is amazing! The service is excellent, and the staff are all very polite. I had a wonderful stay here. The buffet is delicious, offering a wide variety of fruits and seafood, and there are plenty of restaurant options as well. It’s only a 5-minute walk to the ferry terminal, where you can take a boat to Isla Mujeres, which is super convenient. I’ll definitely come back next time!"

"The resort is nice and clean. Overall, we enjoyed our time here but it is much smaller than Rio palace in costa mojeres that I had been to previously. I think i prefer that one. The only downside is costa mujeres is furthur away from airport. "

"We love resort. Have been 3 times, and plan to come back in a year or so. The staff make you feel like family. The resort has lots to offer. And their actives will keep you busy ALL THE TIME. The nightly shows are amazing. The candy store is super cute, and fun. The beach is clean, and they keep the seaweed to a minimum, The pools are awesome, and the pool staff make sure you always have a drink in your hand. "
