"I absolutely loved the pool.Enjoyed staying there for 10 days.Now the negative.The hotel requires the guests to leave an ID in order to get towels for the pool, we left my wife’s ID and they lost it which is unacceptable. We had to leave without her ID. She‘s still very upset. "

"The property is dated which I’m okay with because I think it brings charm but cleanliness was not there. There were cleanliness issues with the shower, tubs, floors, bedding. The WiFi did not work in room 407 so we would have to go to the lobby to scope out our transportation and what not. "

"Comfortable, safe, and professional staff. You have a large fridge, 2 electric stove burners with a ventilation hood. The rooftop terrace has great views, and a pool to cool off. Thank you Grand Fifty for an utterly relaxing week of vacation. This goes for every accomodation in Playa, keep all dry food fruits, basically anything ALl food in the fridge. If you finish your coffee, properly rinse the cup and cover. Leave no food crumbs around and sweep after yourselves. Failure to do so will...

"Nice, clean rooms. It’s still under construction but for the price it’s not that bad. Check in was easy. Nice coffe shop on site. Close to restaurants and an oxxo. Definitely recommend and I would definitely stay again.😁"

"this place was great. easy access, lot of pre arrival communication. they also have bicycles for guests to use at no charge. would stay again. price per night was excellent. no pressure, nobody in your face but always someone around to help or answer question. although it is a condominium they have a restaurant that servers breakfast / brunch. 0800 tp 1400 "

"Dionisio at the hotel was extremely helpful with the reservation and also recommending and booking beach club space for us. The rooms are new, well equipped (doesn't have hairdryers currently, FYI) and a good place. You will need a car to get into Tulum. Would recommend the place."

"This is my 2nd time staying at this resort. There’s only a few restaurant options but we came back because the workers here are the best. From the servers ti the bartenders and the cleaning staff. Everyone is super nice, friendly and helpful."
