"This is a wonderful all-inclusive resort for a family. The 6 of us stayed in an ocean front 2 bedroom villa that accommodated everyone comfortably. The restaurants were more than adequate and we enjoyed the meals at La Veranda restaurant with all thwe plentiful offerings they had. The location is very ideal to get to most locations around the Hotel Zone and beyond. Our 5 day stay went by very fast and we're looking to returning again in the future."

"Nicely lay out. What we didn't like is the food choices. The one week we spend the food was the same wherever we had breakfast/lunch/dinner. The same food that we had first day in different format. That was disappointing. The other thing we noticed (or suggestion that we have) there should be a notice in all buffet place "not to waste food". We saw so much food wasted which was very sad. "This hotel is amazing! The service is excellent, and the staff are all very polite. I had a wonderful stay here. The buffet is delicious, offering a wide variety of fruits and seafood, and there are plenty of restaurant options as well. It’s only a 5-minute walk to the ferry terminal, where you can take a boat to Isla Mujeres, which is super convenient. I’ll definitely come back next time!"

"The beach is stunning, and the food is delicious, though vegetarian options could be improved. Reservations are needed for most of the restaurants, so plan ahead. A convenient ferry to Isla Mujeres is right next to the property. Overall, we had a fun stay and definitely recommend the resort."

"The resort is nice and clean. Overall, we enjoyed our time here but it is much smaller than Rio palace in costa mojeres that I had been to previously. I think i prefer that one. The only downside is costa mujeres is furthur away from airport. "

"Beautiful property, great food, very clean and staff very helpful. Make sure you book dinner reservations well in advance. Kayaks need reservations too. It was week worth the extra fee to have park access with shuttles at no addt fee. I feel like i stayed at a great resort and did not have the hassle if third party tour guides to the park. I could comr and go as i pleased. Also, the hardest part was deciding to go to parks or stay in resort, both were beautiful, clean and fun. "
