"Hotel Timișoara is in the heart of the old city centre. While the room could have been cleaner (it was really dusty on the floor) and cooler (I could not change the heat setting) everything else was perfect. Bed and pillows very comfortable, great location with dining, shopping and site seeing all by the hotel. The staff were excellent, very helpful. I’d stay again."

"The hotel was the epitome of luxury. It’s a very sophisticated, clean and comfortable place to stay! The amenities were top notch and very well kept. The location is very good, just off the busy and noisy main road, with lots of tasty dining options. Not too far from the river and the updated promenade! But, it’s also not far from the local squares and churches to visit or go for a walk around the city! The service and staff were lovely, kind and patient, and not to mention outgoing. We arrived early in the morning about 6 hours before check-in, and we were able to be accommodated, as they allowed us to check in early, free of charge. Which was greatly appreciated after our long travel day! The breakfast was filled with vey traditional Romanian dishes as well as some more Western options for travellers. All in all, a fantastic place to relax between big cities or to explore the Carpathian Mountains! "
