"In this hotel, we stayed a dozen times since its opening. The hotel needs renovation and hygiene is not satisfactory. Old, defective TV, very poor wifi, odor in the rooms ... The beds are still comfortable and the linens are clean. Breakfast is satisfactory. We won't go back to this hotel unless something changes."

While the room could have been cleaner (it was really dusty on the floor) and cooler (I could not change the heat setting) everything else was perfect. Bed and pillows very comfortable, great location with dining, shopping and site seeing all by the hotel. The staff were excellent, very helpful. I’d stay again."
