"Great amenities, especially for children (movie theatre, ziplining, kids slide/pool). Everything you need is on site. We ordered two rooms but unfortunately only one received an upgrade. I just feel like we unfortunately choose high season and it was hard to get seats by the pool (almost impossible since every chair was taken by 8am) and to get seated for dinner would take over an hr most nights but great hotel! "We stayed here for 6 days between christmas and the new year. Our first adults only resort. The staff were all fantastic.
