"The property is a newly built house, great design, very ill maintained. Smelly blankets, no bedsheet between the blanket and your body. Uncleaned rags in front of the bathroom. No tea-coffee and hot water kettle in the room, no water bottle in the room. I paid $43 for my stay, seems there are better options nearby at half the price."

"Nirosh is an excellent host. Very kind person who arranged us dinner after our king train journey from Colombo to Anuradhapura. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Anuradhapura. Such a beautiful place near to big beautiful lake. "

"Overall our experience was good. We had a great server named Gihan. I needed a pen to keep score on a game I was playing. The next day when I showed up he came over with a pen.i thought that was thoughtful. Our drinks and food were served quickly. I had no complaints about the staff. The only complaints is the dining room was moved upstairs as there was a function at the main dining room. The upstairs dining room is right by the rooms and the noise went on well past 11 pm. "It’s located in close proximity to all must visit places in Anuradhapura. We really enjoyed the lake view from our room too. Foods were amazing. I would highly recommend it for a very comfortable stay. "

"This is not about the lodge but about hotel.com. I have already told them I was viewing hotels not to book however they charged my CC which I have already deleted from website I did not stay at lodge, the booking was a mistake but the lodge or hotel.com refused to remedy this situation "

"We had a wonderful stay at Green View. The hotel is newly build, comfortable and immaculately clean. The staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Breakfast and dinner were great. Location is good to see the sights. We would recommend staying here!"
