"The food, service, rooms, entertainment all was great for us at this location. The only downside was being greeted by whom we thought was hotel staff but it was staff for a travel membership (Unlimited vacation club) we were offered an opportunity to tour a 5 star facility secrets Maroma but it ended up being a lengthy 3 hour presentation to purchase a travel membership. I don’t suggest this being the first people your guests see and speak to when they come to the hotel as it’s a sales tactic...

"This was Not a 5 star property. Our butler service was practically non existent. The Private pool was so disgusting we never went in. The main pool was so freezing you could not stand to get in. The beach was the most filthy beach I have ever seen. This was the worst vacation ever! I have nothing good to say. I hated my time here and wish we never went. Don’t go here. "
