"The property behind the hotel wasn’t very safe especially at night. The staff was great and the hotel was very clean. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options. The hot food was hot and the staff kept the buffet clean. They offered free 16 oz bottled water 24 hours. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!"

"Tim who works the desk is very accommodating and personable. The check in was easy and straight forward. The property reminded me of a hunting cabin rather for fishing. It’s really just a bunk house but it has everything you need and they even provide a food saver with a roll of bags and plenty of ziplock bags for anyone taking home their catch. "We stay here every time we go to EI .. Checking in is easy and staff is do friendly and knowledgeable about the area places to go things to do places to eat! Our room was very clean and the shower power was awesome! Very short walk to the pier and the ocean! Our favorite place to stay when we’re at Emerald Isle!"
