"We were very pleased with the check in and overall room conditions. Rooms could use some updating. Tile was chipped in several places and toilets were very loose a few cabinets would not stay shut. The room was very clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The down sides were pool heat not working, so no pool available. We were locked out of the room on the second day even though maintenance had been around earlier in that morning to check the door locks. Key card would not work for...

"Excellent service. They contacted me as soon as we got settled to make sure all was good with the room and if we needed anything...blankets, towels etc to let them know. When I needed something, they were very kind and speedy with request. Room was very clean and comfortable for most part. Beds were bit soft for me but not hotels fault.
