We had an issue with our room upon check in and the team at the hotel checked on us multiple times to ensure that everything was ok. "The customer service here is top notch. Check-in staff was friendly and accommodating. They upgraded our room with a balcony facing the water. "Die Lage des Hotel ist wirklich super. Das Personal ist extrem nett und hilfsbereit. Das Essen vielfältig und gut. Die Zimmer sind wirklich schön und sehr sauber. Beim Abendessen wäre gut eine bessere Organisation, zu groß der Andrang, lange Wartezeiten am Buffet. All staff were friendly and helpful, we chose underground parking for 10 euro/night, but there was on street parking available. "I wouldnt recommend walking to the hotel with huge bags. Get taxi or bus. It is on a hill, serviced by local buses. But the hotel itself is great, staff fantastic and just close enough (20-30) min walk between Old Town and where all the other hotels are in Lapad (30 mins other directon). Released pleased we books this hotel rather than one further out in Lapad ."
