"This hotel was perfect for an overnight stay in transit for our family. It is very close to the airport but we needed to ask for directions to work out how tomwall there. We stayed in the family room. The hotel is clean and modern with large bathrooms. We enjoyed a drink in the bistro area and a few snacks. Great service Also easy and quick to check in and check out. "Friendly and helpful staff, clean hotel and close to many shopping and food options. Was slightly disapointed I wasnt offered a room upgrade after a check in problem took over half an hour to resolve and the hotel was very empty. No bath robe in the room was also disapointin, but the friendly staff and the condition of the hotel still merit 5 stars. "

"The resort is very nice, and the rooms are very clean. It's only a 10-minute walk to the largest mall in Malaysia, and they also offer a shuttle service to the mall. A huge thanks to the staff! They were incredible. Everyone was amazing, true Malaysian hospitality there."
