"It was nice and quiet. But the lady at the front was rude. She left me wanting for a while and it was almost 4am n I was so sleepy and saw me there and just left me there waiting till she feel like it."

"The check-in process needs some improvement. The kiosks do not work, so everyone stops at the kiosk and wastes time before lining up at the desk, which takes even longer. "

"The stay was excellent, the only complaint I have is that it was daylight saving and the time moved up an hour so we lost an hour and I called the front to get a late check out and I was told no I had to get out at 11, I spent good money all I wanted was to get my hour, in reality I checked out at 10 so I don’t know if I’ll be back "
