"The home feel has defiantly changed since it is now owned by the Marriott. Overall room was decent, the sliding bathroom door literally fell off the hinges. Thankfully my husbands was able to help me as I was blocked in the restroom. Beds and towels were clean. The staff AM staff are kind, the PM staff not so much. PM Vallet were great! No breakfast options which I think there should be since it is now "Marriott", the pet fee and parking also needs attention extremely high fees. "

"I was not aware they were undergoing a renovation from The Lumen to becoming a Graduate by Hilton hotel. So there was active construction and work going on during my stay and The Front Room restaurant was not open. That being said, I was told it is slated to be complete by April 2025, and the style and amenities of the new brand look great so far. "Stayed here for a work trip and picked this hotel mainly because it provides access to their fitness center which did not disappoint. Properly itself is nice and quiet. The room felt outdated but I think that’s the vibe of the hotel, traditional style. The bed frame though was wood and it was cracking on the floor, there were noticeable big chunks of wood peeling off which did not give the best impression. Unsure if I’d stay here again."

"I love this hotel!!! I was in(from Phoenix)for my sister’s cancer surgery at Parkland Hospital. I got a wonderful discounted room rate. The place is clean great location and the staff is so incredibly friendly. I’ve never met a friendly or helpful staff !!! very clean and stress-free thank ya’ll so much.!!!"
