Hotel is outdated and poorly lit at night. No place to sit outdoors. Upon arrival we noticed the hotel across the street and thought “we need to stay there next time”. Otherwise, hotel was sufficient. Complimentary breakfast was not always properly stocked. More food selection would’ve been great.

I have stayed at this Hampton Inn so many times in the last 10 years and have watched its decline. This stay they tried to put me in a room that had a respirator like AC unit (it was 90 outside). I went back and asked for a different room. The employee said they were remodeling and all rooms were like that. I said unacceptable. She said they had one room on the top floor (not great bc only 2 elevators and have to wait), but I checked it out & it had a normal AC unit that worked. The room was fine but not “remodeled”. I waited for an elevator to the top floor, got there & the key she gave me didn’t work! Got new key, asked other guests if their AC looked like the pic I took and all said no. Why lie? I have said I will never stay here again and, unfortunately, this time I mean it.
