"My stay was just ok. It was a 4 star hotel but i felt like an entry level one. I was on the 14th floor and my window view was facing an interior wall. My shower didn't have any body wash in it, the beds weren't that comfy either. The lobby was really nice and the staff were friendly. The best thing about it was the location. It was only steps from Big Ben, the bus stop and 5 min walk to subway. For the price i think i would choose another hotel next time though. Just my opinion."

"Excellent location, extremely clean, modern and well maintained hotel. The most comfortable beds and pillows ever eperienced in a hotel, together with top quality linen and duvets. Fresh and clean smelling everywhere, no lingering cigarette smells at all (unique). Speedy check in (we even were given our room 2 hours early, when we asked if we coukd leave our luggage(, such friendly ad attentive staff. The windows had sliding secondary glazing, which led to the almost silencing of central London...

"I loved staying here, the property was so nice and the area around was so beautiful to explore. I felt so safe in this area walking around at night for the views, it’s near so many things. The property itself was beautiful and had many options to do, they have a cafe, sauna, pool and many more. I would recommend staying here if you visit London/Canary Wharf. The service was lovely, everyone I interacted with was so so sweet and willing to help with so many things. I would stay here again. "

"Easy walking distance from everything you would like to see while in London. Vauxhall is the nearest tube station. Nice property but the rooms are just beginning to show their age - not badly but some of the furniture is starting to show some wear. Overall a great place to stay if you want to walk the main points of the city"
