"March 2025 We had a wonderful stay at Villas del Vigia. Liceth was so pleasant and very helpful making dinner and cab reservations, as well as quickly attending to questions about the condo and surrounding area. The view from the condo and pool is breathtaking. Million $$$ view. Very spacious and well furnished condo. Nice 30 mins down hill walk to the beach and restaurants. 150 Pesos cab ride back. If you're looking for a quiet, well appointed place to stay, Villas del Vigia is the place....

"The scenery was beautiful and the weather was good, so our group arrived with great excitement, but the fountain at the entrance gate was broken, and in one bedroom, water was dripping from the bathroom ceiling and the floor was soaking wet, and the floor had not been cleaned, so it was dirty with grime, and there were no towels in the bathroom except for shampoo. I think they are very lax in their management."

"The street leading up to private gated community is a bit dark but once the gate keeper opens it and as you walk in the property the place is very nice and clean it met my specifications for us to stay. Walmart is about a 5 minute drive, at night and during the day you will find tacos stands near by and other restaurants to enjoy. There is also an Oxxo store more like 7 eleven store. We enjoy the villa, we didn’t have time for the pool but looks pretty nice."
