"Canto de Sol provided everything we needed for our spring break. We had unlimited drinks, food and services. Staffs were all friendly and helpful whenever we needed help. I would come back to this property and recommend to friends and family. Property was located close to a bus stop so it was real easy for bus transportation into Centro PV. "

"This hotel was beautiful. A previous house converted into a 14-16 room, boutique hotel in the middle of Centro. Our room was the Eclipse 4, which had a king size bed, two small tables, a sofa, and a decent size bathroom. We would walk up a flight of stairs to get to the common area for breakfast and every night, we would walk the two flights of stairs to the beautiful roof top pool and patio. The views from hear are just stunning. My only complaint... and it's not really a complaint because...

"Nice property much slower pace than other larger hotels (good thing). Not a lot of extras. Found the location to be a little too far for me to walk to the Marina daily so used Uber regularly. "

"The property was beautiful..the location was perfect, and Carlos did a fabulous job checking us in. He was very attentive and I’d give him a 5 star rating. There was a gentleman at the concierge named Eddy that I thought was very unprofessional and rude. I brought 2 Canadian friends that now live permanently in Puerto Vallarta to show them how beautiful the building was. They had no intention of staying longer than perhaps 1 hr. We were about to board the elevator when another concierge...

"It was great! Location perfect as we were next door to the Food Park. Just a few minutes to airport as well. They made our dog feel special, and gave us doggy bags. They also had treats for purchase. Rooms are very basic, no hair dryer but the bed was very comfortable and room was quiet! "

"The property was clean and quiet. The staff, especially the Concierge Ester, were all very helpful. We mistakenly left something in the room when we checked out, and when we realized it and returned to the hotel the maid was bringing the item to the front desk. We were so relieved! It was an easy walk to the plaza and the malecon. Highly recommend this property."

"Loved everthing about it. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Avelina is one of the staff( California restaurant) waitress who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Entertainments were great especially the Michael Jackson show. My daughter enjoyed celebrating her 18th birthday here. My 10 year was never bored. Too much to do. Loved it."

"Great experience, service was great, lit during the day, quiet late at night after festivities have ended. If you're planning on going, go. My advice if you're not doing an activity every day, (ATV, jet ski, etc etc) 4 days is the perfect amount of time to stay. Anything longer things start seeming repetitive. But trip was 9 out of 10. "

"All staff were friendly, helpful and resoectful. Establishment overall was well kept and clean. Location to el centro and stores were very convenient!"
