"Don't ever stay in room 106, which is an accessible room. It would have been fine except for the overwhelming smell of cleaning products. But more importantly, at 4 am the breakfast crew stood in the pantry, which is right behind room 106, talking sp loud that it woke up my wife. They talked for over two hours, at which time my exhausted wife went and got breakfast. HOWEVER, when we told the manager we received a full refund. Thats some great customer service!"

"This is a well-run hotel I’ve stayed at twice now and will stay at again in the future. The only minor hiccup was being unable to connect the GoogleTV we brought with us to the hotel WiFi - the staff had never had this question before so couldn’t help - but that’s hardly a blip on the radar.
