"The pillow cases on the pillows did not look clean. It appears a guest must have checked out before I was allocated the room and housekeeping did not bother to change them. They looked worn out and very used. Same with the towels. They looked overused. There was dust on a side table attached to a standing floor light in the room"

"My goodness where do I start? Ok food was great ate their buffet the whole Time I was there,so great dinning experience.Rooms were clean good beddings clean bathrooms and staff response time was excellent and I will definitely be coming back."
