"The pillow cases on the pillows did not look clean. It appears a guest must have checked out before I was allocated the room and housekeeping did not bother to change them. They looked worn out and very used. Same with the towels. They looked overused. There was dust on a side table attached to a standing floor light in the room"

I urge you to refund my money to my account credit card. The taxi driver took me to another hotel in Victoria island and I had to pay...
