"The hotel albeit not new is generally very comfortable and the rooms are good size and all the amenities are functioning - only complain is the air con which is noisy and not very efficient. The decor is a bit date and I understand the east wing has already been refurbished so hopefully the west wing where we stayed will be done up soon. Staff is very friendly and have worked there for a long time. And the small pearl is the rooftop bar at the 17 floor which have a tremendous view of the whole...

"The bathroom is very clean well equipped and the shower place is very good as water does not leak and wet other parts of the bathroom. However, the room cupboard is very near the bed and hence, not very convenient. Our main concern is that the room does not have a fridge and so not very convenient to stay there for a few days. Otherwise, this will be the hotel of choice for us when we next visit Kuching and we expect to visit Kuching quite often. The hotel does not have its own parking lots so...
